1. Who is covered under the Family Legal Plan?
The Family Legal Plan covers you, your spouse and all of your unmarried dependent children under the age of 22, living at your home.



2. How many Plan Attorneys are there in the network?
We currently have thousands of Plan Attorneys throughout the U.S. in all 50 states. New attorneys are added daily to our network to help our growing number of members.



3. How do you select Plan Attorneys?
Plan attorneys must meet strict qualification standards before being considered as part of our network. They must also provide detailed information and agree to provide quality legal service.



4. Is there a limit to the number of times I can call a Plan Attorney?
You can call your Plan Attorney as often as you like, as long as your calls are of a different legal matter. Access to information can give you power in dealing with problems before they turn into a more complex crisis situation.



5. Is contacting my attorney difficult?
No. It's as easy as picking up the phone. If your attorney is out of the office when you call, it is our policy they must call you back within 1 business day. Always leave a message as to the best time to call you back.



6. How can my Plan Attorney's hourly rate be so much lower than it is for most other attorneys?
In a simple word - volume. Plan Attorneys are introduced to a great many more clients than they normally would be in the course of their practices. Therefore, it's to their advantage, as well as yours, to substantially reduce their hourly fees for the legal services they perform for our Plan Members.



7. Can my Plan Attorney handle business matters under the plan?
The plan you purchase here is for personal legal matters only. Although, many plan attorneys can handle business matters. It's not part of this plan, so it may not be at the low discounted rates. You will need to check with your Plan Attorney.



8. Can I meet my attorney in person?
Yes and we encourage you to do so. Initially you will contact your Plan Attorney by phone for your free consultation or to set up an appointment to meet.



9. Can I change my Plan Attorney?
We assign one Plan Attorney per legal matter. If for any reason the Plan Attorney is unable to assist you, simply call 1-888-329-1451 and a Member Service Representative will assist you.



10. Are my conversations with my Plan Attorney kept confidential?
Absolutely! At no time will your attorney/client confidentially be breached. The only information that we receive is statistical data that tells us how we are doing and how we can improve on our already superior product.



11. Can a Plan Attorney ask for a retainer?
Yes the Plan Attorney can. Upon completion of your free consultation, you and your Plan Attorney may decide to proceed with further legal action. This may require a great amount of time being spent on your case by your Plan Attorney. If such a situation arises, your Plan Attorney may ask for a retainer based on the estimated number of hours he or she thinks the case will take.



12. What is the goal of USA Legal Resource?
To provide all Americans equal access to the legal justice system.



13. Is the Family Legal Plan insurance?
No. It is not insurance or an insurance plan. It is a Legal Service Program.



14. Do members receive a free will and access to free legal documents and information?
