USA Legal Resource® is the online division of USA Referral Network Inc. We offer an affordable "Family Legal Plan" to consumers nationwide. Our "Family Legal Plan" provides our members with a variety of free and discounted legal products and services.

Through our massive marketing campaigns, we receive hundreds of calls daily from consumers who are seeking affordable legal help. Many of these consumers enroll in our "Family Legal Plan" and we then refer them to our Plan Attorneys.


This is how we can help you build your practice! Once you join our National Attorney Network, we can begin referring members directly to you immediately. There are no fees required to become a Plan Attorney. All member referrals are absolutely free! Our plan attorneys must provide the following basic services to our members:

Free & Discounted Legal Services*:

• Provide free initial legal consultations.
• Respond to any member within one business day to provide consultation or set up date for consultation.
• Free consultation for each new legal matter (within your practice area/areas.)
• When deemed appropriate by attorney, write letters on member's behalf (one letter per legal matter, with no limit on the number of new legal matters)
• When deemed appropriate by attorney, he or she will make phone calls on member's behalf (one phone call per legal matter, with no limit on the number of new legal matters)
• Review of legal documents (3 page maximum per document, no limit to the number of new documents)
• Guaranteed discounted rates of no more than $125.00 per hour or 25% off your usual and customary hourly rate (whichever is greater) for legal care that goes beyond the free and discounted services described above.
• Contingency fee discount will be a 10% reduction of the state maximum rate or the attorney's usual rate.
  

*In many states attorney liability may require plan attorneys to obtain a retainer from the member prior to providing some of the free member benefits.
